The Meaning of "Kindle"
"KINDLE" represents our unwavering core values, with each letter standing for a specific principle that we firmly believe in.
K for KINGSHIP
The Lord Jesus, the great King who became flesh, came to fulfill the Gospel. He desires that all people be saved and does not wish for anyone to perish. We, too, must be loyal to and proclaim the will of His kingdom! (Ref. Matthew 28:19-20; 1 Peter 3:9)
I for IDENTITY
The Lord Jesus calls us to be disciples and to fulfill the Great Commission by spreading the Gospel to the ends of the earth. This is a precious identity and a heavy responsibility, so we must dedicate our lives to sharing the Gospel! (Ref. Matthew 4:19; Luke 10:1-2)
N for NEIGHBORS
The example of the Lord Jesus is to enter into the midst of people and help them, demonstrating love for others as oneself. We are determined to follow Christ's example by caring for those around us through the Gospel. (Ref. Matthew 9:35-38; Luke 10:25-37)
D for DISCIPLESHIP
The Great Commission of the Lord Jesus is not a one-way journey but a continuous cycle. Those who are nurtured will eventually become nurturers themselves. We must faithfully pass on the mission of the Gospel. (Ref. Matthew 28:19-20; Romans 10:14)
L for LOVE
We know how to love because God first loved us. Our lives should reflect the love of Christ; otherwise, we will only become like clanging cymbals or noisy gongs. (Ref. 1 Corinthians 13:1-13; 1 John 4:19)
E for EVANGELISM
The most important reason the Lord Jesus established the church is to save lost souls. People in darkness need the true light, so we are committed to proclaiming the light of Jesus and striving to save some! (See Luke 19:10; 1 Corinthians 9:22-23)
