上山然後下山
28 說了這些話以後約有八天，耶穌帶著彼得、約翰、雅各上山去禱告。29 正禱告的時候，祂的面貌改變了，衣服潔白放光。30 忽然有摩西和以利亞兩個人同耶穌說話；31 他們在榮光裏顯現，談論耶穌去世的事，就是祂在耶路撒冷將要完成的事。32 彼得和他的同伴都打盹，但一清醒，就看見耶穌的榮光和與祂一起站著的那兩個人。33 二人正要和耶穌分離的時候，彼得對耶穌說：「老師，我們在這裏真好！我們來搭三座棚，一座為祢，一座為摩西，一座為以利亞。」他卻不知道自己在說些甚麼。34 說這些話的時候，有一朵雲彩來遮蓋他們；他們一進入雲彩就很懼怕。35 有聲音從雲彩裏出來，說：「這是我的兒子，我所揀選的。你們要聽從祂！」36 聲音停止後，只見耶穌獨自一人。當那些日子，門徒保持沉默，不把所看見的事告訴任何人。37 第二天，他們下了山，有一大群人來迎見耶穌。(路加福音九28-37．和修)
28 About eight days after Jesus said this, He took Peter, John and James with Him and went up onto a mountain to pray. 29 As he was praying, the appearance of His face changed, and His clothes became as bright as a flash of lightning. 30 Two men, Moses and Elijah, appeared in glorious splendor, talking with Jesus. 31 They spoke about His departure, which He was about to bring to fulfillment at Jerusalem. 32 Peter and his companions were very sleepy, but when they became fully awake, they saw His glory and the two men standing with Him. 33 As the men were leaving Jesus, Peter said to Him, “Master, it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three shelters—one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.” (He did not know what he was saying.) 34 While he was speaking, a cloud appeared and covered them, and they were afraid as they entered the cloud. 35 A voice came from the cloud, saying, “This is my Son, whom I have chosen; listen to Him.” 36 When the voice had spoken, they found that Jesus was alone. The disciples kept this to themselves and did not tell anyone at that time what they had seen. 37 The next day, when they came down from the mountain, a large crowd met Him. (Luke 9:28-37. NIV)
分享：「登山變像」是聖經其中一個很特別的記載，是講述耶穌面貌改變了，更有摩西和以利亞出現與主耶穌對話。彼得、約翰及雅各三人有幸目睹這神蹟，實在是恩典。
今天，雖然我們不能見證登山變像，但我們仍能登山享受上帝的創造（特別是美國有很多國家公園）。筆者曾有這樣的經歷：當我身處於某國家公園裡，能離開繁囂，享受上帝的創造並單獨地親近上帝，是多麼美好的時刻。我渴望緊抓住這個經驗，而不願離開。我相信當時的門徒，也有類似的反應吧，因為他們看到更美麗、更榮耀的景象，所以彼得忍不住說了一句：「我們在這裏真好！」
然後呢？一切美事過後他們就下山，耶穌繼續履行祂的使命。有人曾這樣說：「偉大的經驗必須將我們帶回日常生活當中。若是沒有山谷， 山頂便沒有意義了。」 假若你在山谷中勞苦疲乏，上帝也許會對你說：「跟我來歇一歇」(參馬可福音六31)。但是，當你在山頂上，不要一直待在那兒，要記得下山，因為上帝要透過重新得力的你來影響其他人的生命。
反思：回想一次與上帝親近的經驗，那經驗的感覺如何？
行動：今天抽一些時間來與上帝獨處，與祂相交吧。
