被赦免的焦點
36 有一個法利賽人請耶穌和他吃飯，耶穌就到那法利賽人家裏去坐席。37 那城裏有一個女人，是個罪人，知道耶穌在法利賽人家裏坐席，就拿著盛滿香膏的玉瓶，38 站在耶穌背後，挨著祂的腳哭，眼淚滴濕了耶穌的腳，就用自己的頭髮擦乾，又用嘴連連親祂的腳，把香膏抹上。39 請耶穌的法利賽人看見這事，心裏說：「這人若是先知，一定知道摸祂的是誰，是個怎樣的女人；她是個罪人哪！」40 耶穌回應他說：「西門，我有話要對你說。」西門說：「老師，請說。」41 耶穌說：「有兩個人欠了某一個債主的錢，一個欠五百個銀幣，一個欠五十個銀幣。42 因為他們無力償還，債主就開恩赦免了他們兩個人的債。那麼，這兩個人哪一個更愛他呢？」43 西門回答：「我想是那多得赦免的人。」耶穌對他說：「你的判斷不錯。」44 於是他轉過來向著那女人，對西門說：「你看見這女人嗎？我進了你的家，你沒有給我水洗腳，但這女人用眼淚滴濕了我的腳，又用頭髮擦乾。45你沒有親我，但這女人從我進來就不住地親我的腳。46 你沒有用油抹我的頭，但這女人用香膏抹我的腳。47 所以我告訴你，她許多的罪都赦免了，因為她愛的多；而那少得赦免的，愛的就少。」(路加福音七36-47．和修)
36 When one of the Pharisees invited Jesus to have dinner with him, He went to the Pharisee’s house and reclined at the table. 37 A woman in that town who lived a sinful life learned that Jesus was eating at the Pharisee’s house, so she came there with an alabaster jar of perfume. 38 As she stood behind Him at His feet weeping, she began to wet His feet with her tears. Then she wiped them with her hair, kissed them and poured perfume on them. 39 When the Pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he said to himself, “If this man were a prophet, He would know who is touching Him and what kind of woman she is—that she is a sinner.” 40 Jesus answered him, “Simon, I have something to tell you.”“Tell me, teacher,” he said. 41 “Two people owed money to a certain moneylender. One owed him five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. 42 Neither of them had the money to pay him back, so he forgave the debts of both. Now which of them will love him more?” 43 Simon replied, “I suppose the one who had the bigger debt forgiven.” “You have judged correctly,” Jesus said. 44 Then He turned toward the woman and said to Simon, “Do you see this woman? I came into your house. You did not give me any water for my feet, but she wet my feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair. 45 You did not give me a kiss, but this woman, from the time I entered, has not stopped kissing my feet. 46 You did not put oil on my head, but she has poured perfume on my feet. 47 Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven—as her great love has shown. But whoever has been forgiven little loves little.” (Luke 7:36-47. NIV)
分享：大家還記得「父子騎驢」的故事嗎？每個人對於「誰騎在驢子」上也有不同的理解。有人認為應該由兒子騎驢，因為他們認為要照顧小孩；有人認為應該由父親騎驢，因為他們認為兒子要孝順父母；有人認為不應該騎驢，因為他們認為要愛護動物⋯⋯ 面對同一件事，人們都可以有不同的焦點及理解。
同樣，法利賽人西門、女人和耶穌的焦點也不一樣。西門等著看耶穌怎樣指出女人的罪，因為他認為女人犯了大罪，他的焦點是女人犯了大罪，同時也彰顯著一種優越感 (高高在上，認為自己沒有對方犯那麼大罪)。女人則是希望以最大的愛來回應主的赦免，因為她自知是一個蒙恩的罪人。耶穌的焦點則是女人愛的行動，就是：「眼淚滴濕了耶穌腳、用頭髮擦乾、不住地親耶穌的腳、用油抹耶穌的頭、用香膏抹耶穌的腳」耶穌也清楚說明，正因為女人的罪大，她蒙赦免之後，回應主的愛就更大了。
一個很有意思的提醒：我們究竟像西門，還是更像女人？從耶穌的比喻可見，前者是欠五十個銀幣的，而後者則是欠五百個銀幣的，前者仍然會愛主，只不過沒有後者愛得那麼深。不過，我們會不會是第三類人？即是被開恩赦免了五百個銀幣，但仍然用很少的愛回應主？當世界上人與人之間都強調「得人恩果千年記」的美德時，我們這些「得神恩果」的罪人，又該以怎樣程度的愛來回應主呢？
