《你逃避什麼？》
15 西門彼得跟着耶穌，還有一個門徒跟着。那門徒是大祭司所認識的，祂就同耶穌進了大祭司的院子。 16 彼得卻站在門外。大祭司所認識的那個門徒出來，和看門的使女說了一聲，就領彼得進去。 17 那看門的使女對彼得說：「你不也是這人的門徒嗎？」他說：「我不是。」 18 僕人和差役因為天冷，就生了炭火，站在那裏烤火；彼得也同他們站着烤火。
19 大祭司就以耶穌的門徒和他的教訓盤問祂。 20 耶穌回答說：「我從來是明明地對世人說話。我常在會堂和殿裏，就是猶太人聚集的地方教訓人；我在暗地裏並沒有說甚麼。 21 你為甚麼問我呢？可以問那聽見的人，我對他們說的是甚麼；我所說的，他們都知道。」 22 耶穌說了這話，旁邊站着的一個差役用手掌打祂，說：「祢這樣回答大祭司嗎？」 23 耶穌說：「我若說的不是，你可以指證那不是；我若說的是，你為甚麼打我呢？」 24 亞那就把耶穌解到大祭司該亞法那裏，仍是捆着解去的。
25 西門彼得正站着烤火，有人對他說：「你不也是祂的門徒嗎？」彼得不承認，說：「我不是。」 26 有大祭司的一個僕人，是彼得削掉耳朵那人的親屬，說：「我不是看見你同祂在園子裏嗎？」 27 彼得又不承認。立時雞就叫了。 (約翰福音十八15-27)
15 Simon Peter and another disciple were following Jesus. Because this disciple was known to the high priest, he went with Jesus into the high priest’s courtyard, 16 but Peter had to wait outside at the door. The other disciple, who was known to the high priest, came back, spoke to the servant girl on duty there and brought Peter in. 17 “You aren’t one of this man’s disciples too, are you?” she asked Peter. He replied, “I am not.” 18 It was cold, and the servants and officials stood around a fire they had made to keep warm. Peter also was standing with them, warming himself.
19 Meanwhile, the high priest questioned Jesus about His disciples and His teaching. 20 “I have spoken openly to the world,” Jesus replied. “I always taught in synagogues or at the temple, where all the Jews come together. I said nothing in secret. 21 Why question me? Ask those who heard me. Surely they know what I said.” 22 When Jesus said this, one of the officials nearby slapped Him in the face. “Is this the way You answer the high priest?” he demanded. 23 “If I said something wrong,” Jesus replied, “testify as to what is wrong. But if I spoke the truth, why did you strike me?” 24 Then Annas sent Him bound to Caiaphas the high priest.
25 Meanwhile, Simon Peter was still standing there warming himself. So they asked him, “You aren’t one of His disciples too, are you?” He denied it, saying, “I am not.”
26 One of the high priest’s servants, a relative of the man whose ear Peter had cut off, challenged him, “Didn’t I see you with Him in the garden?” 27 Again Peter denied it, and at that moment a rooster began to crow. (John 18:15-27)

分享【壓力中見真章】
彼得曾經說願意為主捨命 (參約翰福音十三37)，但當耶穌被捉拿後，他卻在眾人面前三次否認主。其實，彼得不是完全離開耶穌，他仍然一路跟著進入大祭司的院子 (v.15) 。問題不是他不愛主，而是當壓力真正來到時，他開始害怕承認自己屬於耶穌。
很多時候，我們也像彼得一樣。在平安、舒服的時候，很容易說自己願意跟隨主；但當信仰可能令自己尷尬、失去利益、被人誤解時，我們就開始退縮。真正暴露人內心的，往往不是平常的環境，而是壓力。
然而，彼得的失敗並不是結局。耶穌早已知道彼得會跌倒，卻仍然沒有放棄他。原來，真正的跟隨，不是永遠不跌倒，而是在失敗之後，仍然願意回轉歸向主。
【釋經亮點】
《約翰福音十八18》特別提到：「僕人和差役因為天冷，就生了炭火，站著烤火；彼得也同他們站著烤火。」這是一個很細微、卻充滿張力的畫面。
彼得此刻的位置非常值得注意 —— 他不是站在耶穌旁邊，而是站在捉拿耶穌的人中間。他雖然仍然「跟著」耶穌，心卻開始慢慢與主保持距離。約翰甚至兩次提到彼得「站著」在那裡 (v.18、25) ，彷彿刻意強調：他所站的位置，正在影響他的選擇。
另外，「火」在聖經裡很多時候都帶有試驗與顯露的意思。彼得本來以為自己對主的愛很堅強，但這炭火旁卻被照出了內心的恐懼。原來，人很多時候並不像自己想像中那麼剛強。當環境安全時，我們很容易高估自己的信心；但真正的壓力，會把人內心真正依靠的是什麼顯露出來。
原來，真正令人跌倒的，很多時候不是外面的敵人，而是裡面的懼怕。今天，我們站在什麼位置，也正在慢慢塑造我們屬靈生命的方向。願主以火照清我們的心。
反思：我是否也曾像彼得一樣，在壓力、害怕、尷尬或利益面前，選擇與主保持距離？我生命中最害怕失去的是什麼？今天，我願不願意誠實面對自己的軟弱，重新回到主面前？
禱告：主耶穌，求祢赦免我很多時候口裡說愛祢，心裡卻仍然害怕。當壓力來到時，我常常選擇保護自己，而不是勇敢跟隨祢。求祢幫助我誠實面對自己的軟弱，也讓我知道，即使跌倒，祢仍然願意接納與重建我。願我不再逃避祢，而是真正學習跟隨祢。以上禱告，奉主耶穌的名求，阿們。
