《你接受光嗎？》
16「神愛世人，甚至將祂的獨生子賜給他們，叫一切信祂的，不致滅亡，反得永生。 17 因為神差祂的兒子降世，不是要定世人的罪，乃是要叫世人因祂得救。18 信祂的人，不被定罪；不信的人，罪已經定了，因為他不信神獨生子的名。19 光來到世間，世人因自己的行為是惡的，不愛光，倒愛黑暗，定他們的罪就是在此。20 凡作惡的便恨光，並不來就光，恐怕他的行為受責備。21 但行真理的必來就光，要顯明祂所行的是靠神而行。」
22 這事以後，耶穌和門徒到了猶太地，在那裏居住，施洗。 23 約翰在靠近撒冷的哀嫩也施洗；因為那裏水多，眾人都去受洗。( 24 那時約翰還沒有下在監裏。) 25 約翰的門徒和一個猶太人辯論潔淨的禮，26 就來見約翰，說：「拉比，從前同你在約旦河外、你所見證的那位，現在施洗，眾人都往祂那裏去了。」 27 約翰說：「若不是從天上賜的，人就不能得甚麼。28 我曾說：『我不是基督，是奉差遣在祂前面的』，你們自己可以給我作見證。29 娶新婦的就是新郎；新郎的朋友站着，聽見新郎的聲音就甚喜樂。故此，我這喜樂滿足了。30 祂必興旺，我必衰微。」
31「從天上來的是在萬有之上；從地上來的是屬乎地，他所說的也是屬乎地。從天上來的是在萬有之上。32 祂將所見所聞的見證出來，只是沒有人領受祂的見證。33 那領受祂見證的，就印上印，證明神是真的。34 神所差來的就說神的話，因為神賜聖靈給他是沒有限量的。35 父愛子，已將萬有交在祂手裏。36 信子的人有永生；不信子的人得不着永生，神的震怒常在他身上。」 (約翰福音三16-36)
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. 18 Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. 19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.
22 After this, Jesus and His disciples went out into the Judean countryside, where He spent some time with them, and baptized. 23 Now John also was baptizing at Aenon near Salim, because there was plenty of water, and people were coming and being baptized. 24 (This was before John was put in prison.) 25 An argument developed between some of John’s disciples and a certain Jew over the matter of ceremonial washing. 26 They came to John and said to him, “Rabbi, that man who was with you on the other side of the Jordan—the one you testified about—look, He is baptizing, and everyone is going to Him.” 27 To this John replied, “A person can receive only what is given them from heaven. 28 You yourselves can testify that I said, ‘I am not the Messiah but am sent ahead of Him.’ 29 The bride belongs to the bridegroom. The friend who attends the bridegroom waits and listens for him, and is full of joy when he hears the bridegroom’s voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete. 30 He must become greater; I must become less.”
31 The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all. 32 He testifies to what He has seen and heard, but no one accepts His testimony. 33 Whoever has accepted it has certified that God is truthful. 34 For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit. 35 The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in His hands. 36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them. (John 3:16-36)

分享【從黑暗走進光明】
當耶穌說出「神愛世人」時，這是一個極大的好消息 —— 神的愛已經主動臨到人。然而，經文卻指出一個令人意外的現實：「光來到世間，世人因自己的行為是惡的，不愛光，倒愛黑暗。」(v.19) 神主動付出愛，卻仍然有人拒絕這份愛。
人之所以拒絕神，很多時並不是因為不明白，而是不願意被光照。因為光一來，隱藏的東西就要被顯露；那些我們習慣、甚至不想放下的部分，就要被對付。所以，人寧願停留在熟悉的黑暗裡，也不願走向改變的光中。這不是知識的問題，而是心的選擇。
但耶穌同時指出：「行真理的必來就光。」(v.21) 真正願意面對自己的人，反而會走向光，讓神改變他。原來，信與不信的分別，不只是你知不知道神愛你，而是你願不願意離開黑暗，走向光。今天，神的愛仍然臨到，但你會選擇留在黑暗，還是走出來？
【釋經亮點】
「光與黑暗」是約翰神學中一個極重要的主題，不單出現在《約翰福音》(如一4-5；三19-21)，也貫穿《約翰壹書》(如一5-7)。約翰並不是單用自然現象作比喻，而是用「光」代表神的真理、聖潔與生命，用「黑暗」代表罪、隱藏與與神隔絕的狀態。因此，「來到光中」不只是知識上的明白，而是願意來到神面前被光照、被揭露、被更新。
從一般理解甚至科學角度來看，「光」使事物顯明，使人能看見真實；「黑暗」則不是一種實體，而是光的缺席。換句話說，黑暗本身沒有力量，卻讓人看不見、迷失方向。同樣地，屬靈的黑暗也不是「另一種力量」，而是人離開神之後的狀態 —— 人仍然可以活、可以選擇，但卻在錯誤中不自知。
因此，約翰指出人「愛黑暗」，並不是因為黑暗更好，而是因為不願面對光所帶來的揭露與改變。這揭示一個深層真理：拒絕神，往往不是因為證據不足，而是因為人選擇留在不被光照的地方。真正的信，不只是知道光的存在，而是願意接受並走進光中。
反思：在什麼層面上，我仍然因不願面對改變，而抗拒光？
禱告：主耶穌，感謝祢在我還未回應之前，已經將愛給我。祢沒有保留，甚至將自己賜下。求祢光照我裡面的黑暗，讓我不再逃避、不再抗拒，而是願意走向祢。幫助我不只是知道祢愛我，而是真正相信並接受這份愛，使我的生命被祢改變。願我不再停留在黑暗中，而是活在祢的光裡。以上禱告，奉主耶穌的名求，阿們。
