《等候中預備》
1 當那些日子，凱撒奧古斯都有旨意下來，叫天下人民都報名上冊。 2 這是居里扭作敘利亞巡撫的時候，頭一次行報名上冊的事。 3 眾人各歸各城，報名上冊。 4 約瑟也從加利利的拿撒勒城上猶太去，到了大衛的城，名叫伯利恆，因他本是大衛一族一家的人， 5 要和他所聘之妻馬利亞一同報名上冊。那時馬利亞的身孕已經重了。 6 他們在那裏的時候，馬利亞的產期到了， 7 就生了頭胎的兒子，用布包起來，放在馬槽裏，因為客店裏沒有地方。
8 在伯利恆之野地裏有牧羊的人，夜間按著更次看守羊群。 9 有主的使者站在他們旁邊，主的榮光四面照著他們；牧羊的人就甚懼怕。 10 那天使對他們說：「不要懼怕！我報給你們大喜的信息，是關乎萬民的； 11 因今天在大衛的城裏，為你們生了救主，就是主基督。 12 你們要看見一個嬰孩，包著布，臥在馬槽裏，那就是記號了。」 13 忽然，有一大隊天兵同那天使讚美神說： 14 在至高之處榮耀歸與神！在地上平安歸與他所喜悅的人 ！ 15 眾天使離開他們，升天去了。牧羊的人彼此說：「我們往伯利恆去，看看所成的事，就是主所指示我們的。」 16 他們急忙去了，就尋見馬利亞和約瑟，又有那嬰孩臥在馬槽裏； 17 既然看見，就把天使論這孩子的話傳開了。 18 凡聽見的，就詫異牧羊之人對他們所說的話。 19 馬利亞卻把這一切的事存在心裏，反覆思想。 20 牧羊的人回去了，因所聽見所看見的一切事，正如天使向他們所說的，就歸榮耀與神，讚美他。 21 滿了八天，就給孩子行割禮，與祂起名叫耶穌；這就是沒有成胎以前，天使所起的名。
22 按摩西律法滿了潔淨的日子，他們帶著孩子上耶路撒冷去，要把祂獻與主，( 23 正如主的律法上所記：「凡頭生的男子必稱聖歸主。」) 24 又要照主的律法上所說，或用一對斑鳩，或用兩隻雛鴿獻祭。 25 在耶路撒冷有一個人，名叫西面；這人又公義又虔誠，素常盼望以色列的安慰者來到，又有聖靈在他身上。 26 他得了聖靈的啟示，知道自己未死以前，必看見主所立的基督。 27 他受了聖靈的感動，進入聖殿，正遇見耶穌的父母抱著孩子進來，要照律法的規矩辦理。 28 西面就用手接過祂來，稱頌神說： 29 主啊！如今可以照祢的話，釋放僕人安然去世； 30 因為我的眼睛已經看見祢的救恩－ 31 就是祢在萬民面前所預備的： 32 是照亮外邦人的光，又是祢民以色列的榮耀。 33 孩子的父母因這論耶穌的話就希奇。 34-35 西面給他們祝福，又對孩子的母親馬利亞說：「這孩子被立，是要叫以色列中許多人跌倒，許多人興起；又要作毀謗的話柄，叫許多人心裏的意念顯露出來；你自己的心也要被刀刺透。」 36 又有女先知，名叫亞拿，是亞設支派法內力的女兒，年紀已經老邁，從作童女出嫁的時候，同丈夫住了七年就寡居了， 37 現在已經八十四歲，並不離開聖殿，禁食祈求，晝夜事奉神。 38 正當那時，她進前來稱謝神，將孩子的事對一切盼望耶路撒冷得救贖的人講說。 39 約瑟和馬利亞照主的律法辦完了一切的事，就回加利利，到自己的城拿撒勒去了。 40 孩子漸漸長大，強健起來，充滿智慧，又有神的恩在祂身上。
41 每年到逾越節，祂父母就上耶路撒冷去。 42 當祂十二歲的時候，他們按著節期的規矩上去。 43 守滿了節期，他們回去，孩童耶穌仍舊在耶路撒冷。祂的父母並不知道， 44 以為祂在同行的人中間，走了一天的路程，就在親族和熟識的人中找他， 45 既找不著，就回耶路撒冷去找祂。 46 過了三天，就遇見祂在殿裏，坐在教師中間，一面聽，一面問。 47 凡聽見祂的，都希奇祂的聰明和祂的應對。 48 祂父母看見就很希奇。祂母親對祂說：「我兒！為甚麼向我們這樣行呢？看哪，祢父親和我傷心來找祢！」 49 耶穌說：「為甚麼找我呢？豈不知我應當以我父的事為念嗎 ？」 50 祂所說的這話，他們不明白。 51 祂就同他們下去，回到拿撒勒，並且順從他們。祂母親把這一切的事都存在心裏。 52 耶穌的智慧和身量，並神和人喜愛祂的心，都一齊增長。(路加福音二1-52)
1 In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world. 2 (This was the first census that took place while Quirinius was governor of Syria.) 3 And everyone went to their own town to register. 4 So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. 5 He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. 6 While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, 7 and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them.
8 And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” 13 Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, 14 “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”15 When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.” 16 So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. 17 When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, 18 and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. 19 But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. 20 The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told. 21 On the eighth day, when it was time to circumcise the child, He was named Jesus, the name the angel had given Him before He was conceived.
22 When the time came for the purification rites required by the Law of Moses, Joseph and Mary took him to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord 23 (as it is written in the Law of the Lord, “Every firstborn male is to be consecrated to the Lord”), 24 and to offer a sacrifice in keeping with what is said in the Law of the Lord: “a pair of doves or two young pigeons.”25 Now there was a man in Jerusalem called Simeon, who was righteous and devout. He was waiting for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was on him. 26 It had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he would not die before he had seen the Lord’s Messiah. 27 Moved by the Spirit, he went into the temple courts. When the parents brought in the child Jesus to do for him what the custom of the Law required, 28 Simeon took Him in his arms and praised God, saying: 29 “Sovereign Lord, as You have promised, You may now dismiss Your servant in peace. 30 For my eyes have seen Your salvation, 31 which You have prepared in the sight of all nations: 32 a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and the glory of Your people Israel.” 33 The child’s father and mother marveled at what was said about him. 34 Then Simeon blessed them and said to Mary, His mother: “This child is destined to cause the falling and rising of many in Israel, and to be a sign that will be spoken against, 35 so that the thoughts of many hearts will be revealed. And a sword will pierce your own soul too.” 36 There was also a prophet, Anna, the daughter of Penuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was very old; she had lived with her husband seven years after her marriage, 37 and then was a widow until she was eighty-four. She never left the temple but worshiped night and day, fasting and praying. 38 Coming up to them at that very moment, she gave thanks to God and spoke about the child to all who were looking forward to the redemption of Jerusalem. 39 When Joseph and Mary had done everything required by the Law of the Lord, they returned to Galilee to their own town of Nazareth. 40 And the child grew and became strong; He was filled with wisdom, and the grace of God was on Him.
41 Every year Jesus’ parents went to Jerusalem for the Festival of the Passover. 42 When He was twelve years old, they went up to the festival, according to the custom. 43 After the festival was over, while His parents were returning home, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem, but they were unaware of it. 44 Thinking He was in their company, they traveled on for a day. Then they began looking for Him among their relatives and friends. 45 When they did not find Him, they went back to Jerusalem to look for Him. 46 After three days they found Him in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. 47 Everyone who heard Him was amazed at His understanding and His answers. 48 When His parents saw Him, they were astonished. His mother said to Him, “Son, why have You treated us like this? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for You.” 49 “Why were you searching for me?” He asked. “Didn’t you know I had to be in my Father’s house?” 50 But they did not understand what He was saying to them. 51 Then He went down to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them. But His mother treasured all these things in her heart. 52 And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. (Luke2:1-52)

耶穌的降生，不是在皇宮，而是在馬槽；不是被權貴迎接，而是先被牧羊人看見。當天使向牧羊人報喜，他們成為第一批見證人，將所看見的傳開。其後，西面與亞拿在聖殿中遇見這嬰孩，也認出祂就是神所應許的拯救。
路加藉此讓我們看見一個重要的線索 —— 神的救恩，往往先被那些真心等候祂的人認出。西面稱耶穌為照亮萬民的光，亞拿也向一切等候救贖的人傳講這孩子。他們的見證，不只是個人的經歷，更是在指出耶穌的真正身份。
然而，路加並沒有停留在降生的記載，而是進一步描繪耶穌如何在平凡中成長與預備。十二歲的耶穌在聖殿中顯出對神的認識，但祂仍選擇順從父母，回到拿撒勒，安靜生活，直到時候滿足。
【釋經亮點】
為什麼路加特別記載耶穌十二歲在聖殿中的片段？這正顯明，祂早已清楚自己的身份與使命：「豈不知我應當以我父的事為念嗎？」(二49) 。然而，縱使祂知道自己的使命，祂仍選擇順服父母，回到拿撒勒。
這裡揭示一個重要訊息：耶穌不單明白使命，也明白神的時間。正如經文總結：「耶穌的智慧和身量，並神和人喜愛祂的心，都一齊增長。」(二52) 祂在等候中繼續成長，在順服中被建立。
耶穌親自示範，真正的成長，是全人的成長——在神面前、在人面前，都持續被塑造。因此，屬靈成熟，不是急於表現，而是在每一個身份中忠心。
今天，我們是否也渴望快點被神使用，常常問：「何時才能發揮我的恩賜？」耶穌給我們一個清楚的榜樣：先在成長中預備，在適當的時候才顯明。或許，你正需要學習過「拿撒勒的生活」—— 在當下的崗位上忠心。無論是家庭、工作或學習，這些看似平凡的日常，正是神預備你的地方。
反思：你是否願意：在平凡裡忠心、在角色中順服、在未被看見時，仍然跟隨神？
禱告：等候中仍然作工的主啊，祢的道路常常出乎人的意料。求祢幫助我，不輕看我現在的階段，讓我在平凡裡忠心，在隱藏中成長，在每一個身份中學習順服祢。教我在等候中不灰心，相信祢正在預備我的生命，使我在祢合適的時候，被祢使用。奉主名求，阿們。
