《信與怕之間》
1 他們來到海那邊格拉森人的地方。 2 耶穌一下船，就有一個被污鬼附着的人從墳塋裏出來迎着祂。 3 那人常住在墳塋裏，沒有人能捆住他，就是用鐵鍊也不能； 4 因為人屢次用腳鐐和鐵鍊捆鎖他，鐵鍊竟被他掙斷了，腳鐐也被他弄碎了；總沒有人能制伏他。 5 他晝夜常在墳塋裏和山中喊叫，又用石頭砍自己。 6 他遠遠地看見耶穌，就跑過去拜祂， 7 大聲呼叫說：「至高神的兒子耶穌，我與祢有甚麼相干？我指着神懇求祢，不要叫我受苦！」 8 是因耶穌曾吩咐他說：「污鬼啊，從這人身上出來吧！」 9 耶穌問他說：「你名叫甚麼？」回答說：「我名叫『羣』，因為我們多的緣故」； 10 就再三地求耶穌，不要叫他們離開那地方。11 在那裏山坡上，有一大羣豬吃食； 12 鬼就央求耶穌說：「求祢打發我們往豬羣裏，附着豬去。」 13 耶穌准了他們，污鬼就出來，進入豬裏去。於是那羣豬闖下山崖，投在海裏，淹死了。豬的數目約有二千。 14 放豬的就逃跑了，去告訴城裏和鄉下的人。眾人就來，要看是甚麼事。 15 他們來到耶穌那裏，看見那被鬼附着的人，就是從前被羣鬼所附的，坐着，穿上衣服，心裏明白過來，他們就害怕。 16 看見這事的，便將鬼附之人所遇見的和那羣豬的事都告訴了眾人； 17 眾人就央求耶穌離開他們的境界。 18 耶穌上船的時候，那從前被鬼附着的人懇求和耶穌同在。 19 耶穌不許，卻對他說：「你回家去，到你的親屬那裏，將主為你所做的是何等大的事，是怎樣憐憫你，都告訴他們。」 20 那人就走了，在低加坡里傳揚耶穌為他做了何等大的事，眾人就都希奇。
21 耶穌坐船又渡到那邊去，就有許多人到祂那裏聚集；祂正在海邊上。 22 有一個管會堂的人，名叫睚魯，來見耶穌，就俯伏在祂腳前， 23 再三地求祂，說：「我的小女兒快要死了，求祢去按手在她身上，使她痊癒，得以活了。」 24 耶穌就和他同去。有許多人跟隨擁擠他。 25 有一個女人，患了十二年的血漏， 26 在好些醫生手裏受了許多的苦，又花盡了她所有的，一點也不見好，病勢反倒更重了。 27 她聽見耶穌的事，就從後頭來，雜在眾人中間，摸耶穌的衣裳， 28 意思說：「我只摸祂的衣裳，就必痊癒。」 29 於是她血漏的源頭立刻乾了；她便覺得身上的災病好了。 30 耶穌頓時心裏覺得有能力從自己身上出去，就在眾人中間轉過來，說：「誰摸我的衣裳？」 31 門徒對祂說：「祢看眾人擁擠祢，還說『誰摸我』嗎？」 32 耶穌周圍觀看，要見做這事的女人。 33 那女人知道在自己身上所成的事，就恐懼戰兢，來俯伏在耶穌跟前，將實情全告訴祂。 34 耶穌對她說：「女兒，你的信救了你，平平安安地回去吧！你的災病痊癒了。」35 還說話的時候，有人從管會堂的家裏來，說：「你的女兒死了，何必還勞動先生呢？」 36 耶穌聽見所說的話，就對管會堂的說：「不要怕，只要信！」 37 於是帶着彼得、雅各，和雅各的兄弟約翰同去，不許別人跟隨祂。 38 他們來到管會堂的家裏；耶穌看見那裏亂嚷，並有人大大地哭泣哀號， 39 進到裏面，就對他們說：「為甚麼亂嚷哭泣呢？孩子不是死了，是睡着了。」 40 他們就嗤笑耶穌。耶穌把他們都攆出去，就帶着孩子的父母和跟隨的人進了孩子所在的地方， 41 就拉着孩子的手，對她說：「大利大，古米！」（翻出來就是說：「閨女，我吩咐你起來！」） 42 那閨女立時起來走。他們就大大地驚奇；閨女已經十二歲了。 43 耶穌切切地囑咐他們，不要叫人知道這事，又吩咐給她東西吃。(馬可福音五1-43)
1 They went across the lake to the region of the Gerasenes. 2 When Jesus got out of the boat, a man with an impure spirit came from the tombs to meet Him. 3 This man lived in the tombs, and no one could bind him anymore, not even with a chain. 4 For he had often been chained hand and foot, but he tore the chains apart and broke the irons on his feet. No one was strong enough to subdue him. 5 Night and day among the tombs and in the hills he would cry out and cut himself with stones. 6 When he saw Jesus from a distance, he ran and fell on his knees in front of Him. 7 He shouted at the top of his voice, “What do You want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? In God’s name don’t torture me!” 8 For Jesus had said to him, “Come out of this man, you impure spirit!” 9 Then Jesus asked him, “What is your name?” “My name is Legion,” he replied, “for we are many.” 10 And he begged Jesus again and again not to send them out of the area. 11 A large herd of pigs was feeding on the nearby hillside. 12 The demons begged Jesus, “Send us among the pigs; allow us to go into them.” 13 He gave them permission, and the impure spirits came out and went into the pigs. The herd, about two thousand in number, rushed down the steep bank into the lake and were drowned. 14 Those tending the pigs ran off and reported this in the town and countryside, and the people went out to see what had happened. 15 When they came to Jesus, they saw the man who had been possessed by the legion of demons, sitting there, dressed and in his right mind; and they were afraid. 16 Those who had seen it told the people what had happened to the demon-possessed man—and told about the pigs as well. 17 Then the people began to plead with Jesus to leave their region. 18 As Jesus was getting into the boat, the man who had been demon-possessed begged to go with Him. 19 Jesus did not let him, but said, “Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how He has had mercy on you.” 20 So the man went away and began to tell in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him. And all the people were amazed.
21 When Jesus had again crossed over by boat to the other side of the lake, a large crowd gathered around Him while He was by the lake. 22 Then one of the synagogue leaders, named Jairus, came, and when He saw Jesus, he fell at His feet. 23 He pleaded earnestly with Him, “My little daughter is dying. Please come and put Your hands on her so that she will be healed and live.” 24 So Jesus went with him. A large crowd followed and pressed around Him. 25 And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years. 26 She had suffered a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all she had, yet instead of getting better she grew worse. 27 When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind Him in the crowd and touched His cloak, 28 because she thought, “If I just touch His clothes, I will be healed.” 29 Immediately her bleeding stopped and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering. 30 At once Jesus realized that power had gone out from Him. He turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched My clothes?” 31 “You see the people crowding against You,” His disciples answered, “and yet You can ask, ‘Who touched Me?’ ” 32 But Jesus kept looking around to see who had done it. 33 Then the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell at his feet and, trembling with fear, told Him the whole truth. 34 He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.” 35 While Jesus was still speaking, some people came from the house of Jairus, the synagogue leader. “Your daughter is dead,” they said. “Why bother the teacher anymore?” 36 Overhearing what they said, Jesus told him, “Don’t be afraid; just believe.” 37 He did not let anyone follow Him except Peter, James and John the brother of James. 38 When they came to the home of the synagogue leader, Jesus saw a commotion, with people crying and wailing loudly. 39 He went in and said to them, “Why all this commotion and wailing? The child is not dead but asleep.” 40 But they laughed at Him. After he put them all out, He took the child’s father and mother and the disciples who were with Him, and went in where the child was. 41 He took her by the hand and said to her, “Talitha koum!” (which means “Little girl, I say to you, get up!”). 42 Immediately the girl stood up and began to walk around (she was twelve years old). At this they were completely astonished. 43 He gave strict orders not to let anyone know about this, and told them to give her something to eat. (Mark 5:1-43)

《馬可福音》第五章把三個故事放在一起：被鬼附的人得釋放、患血漏的婦人得醫治、睚魯的女兒從死裡復活。這三個場景看似不同，卻都圍繞一個主題 —— 人在「信與怕之間」如何選擇。
格拉森人因看見耶穌趕鬼的能力，卻選擇害怕，甚至請祂離開。他們寧願保留熟悉的生活，也不願面對改變的衝擊。患血漏的婦人則帶着恐懼與羞愧，偷偷觸摸耶穌的衣裳；她的信心不張揚，卻真實。當睚魯聽見女兒死去的消息時，耶穌對他說：「不要怕，只要信。」這句話成為整章的核心。
恐懼與信心常同時存在。信心不是沒有恐懼，而是在恐懼中仍然向主伸手。耶穌不責備人的軟弱，卻不斷邀請人跨越恐懼。當耶穌拉着女孩的手說「大利大古米」時，死亡也讓位給生命。這一章提醒我們：信與怕之間，是一個選擇；而耶穌的同在，使信心成為可能。
【釋經亮點】
在猶太律法背景下 (參利未記十五)，長期血漏被視為「不潔淨」，不只是醫療問題，更帶來宗教與社會性的隔離。這位婦人十二年來不僅身體受苦，還無法正常參與敬拜與群體生活；任何接觸她的人，在禮儀上也會成為不潔。這種狀態容易令人感到羞恥與孤立。馬可記載她「花盡一切」卻未得醫治，凸顯她在人與制度面前的無助。
按當時觀念，不潔會「傳染」；然而當她觸摸耶穌時，方向完全反轉 —— 不是耶穌被玷污，而是能力從祂身上發出，她立刻得潔淨。這顯明耶穌的聖潔不是脆弱的，而是主動、帶有轉化力的生命。更重要的是，耶穌沒有讓她默默離開，而是公開稱她為「女兒」，宣告「你的信救了你，平平安安地去吧。」這不僅醫好身體，更恢復她的身份、尊嚴、與神、與人的關係。耶穌的大能，是潔淨、接納與重建生命的能力。
反思：你目前正在恐懼退縮，還是帶着顫抖前行走向主？今天，你是否聽到主對你說：「不要怕，只要信」？
禱告：主耶穌，在恐懼湧現的時刻，求祢幫助我不被環境主導。當壞消息來臨時，讓我仍然抓住祢的話語。教我在信與怕之間，選擇信靠祢的權柄與慈愛。願祢的同在，成為我跨越恐懼的力量。以上禱告，奉主耶穌的名求，阿們。
