《天國裡最大》
1 當時，門徒進前來，問耶穌說：「天國裏誰是最大的？」 2 耶穌便叫一個小孩子來，使他站在他們當中， 3 說：「我實在告訴你們，你們若不回轉，變成小孩子的樣式，斷不得進天國。 4 所以，凡自己謙卑像這小孩子的，他在天國裏就是最大的。 5 凡為我的名接待一個像這小孩子的，就是接待我。」
6「凡使這信我的一個小子跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在這人的頸項上，沉在深海裏。 7 這世界有禍了，因為將人絆倒；絆倒人的事是免不了的，但那絆倒人的有禍了！ 8 倘若你一隻手，或是一隻腳，叫你跌倒，就砍下來丟掉。你缺一隻手，或是一隻腳，進入永生，強如有兩手兩腳被丟在永火裏。 9 倘若你一隻眼叫你跌倒，就把它剜出來丟掉。你只有一隻眼進入永生，強如有兩隻眼被丟在地獄的火裏。」
10「你們要小心，不可輕看這小子裏的一個；我告訴你們，他們的使者在天上，常見我天父的面。有古卷加： 11 人子來，為要拯救失喪的人。 12 一個人若有一百隻羊，一隻走迷了路，你們的意思如何？他豈不撇下這九十九隻，往山裏去找那隻迷路的羊嗎？ 13 若是找著了，我實在告訴你們，他為這一隻羊歡喜，比為那沒有迷路的九十九隻歡喜還大呢！ 14 你們在天上的父也是這樣，不願意這小子裏失喪一個。」 (馬太福音十八1-14)
1 At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” 2 He called a little child to Him, and placed the child among them. 3 And He said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.
6 “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. 7 Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to stumble! Such things must come, but woe to the person through whom they come! 8 If your hand or your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life maimed or crippled than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into eternal fire. 9 And if your eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell.
10 “See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven. 11 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost. 12 “What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off? 13 And if he finds it, truly I tell you, he is happier about that one sheep than about the ninety-nine that did not wander off. 14 In the same way your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should perish. （Matthew 18:1-14）

「天國裏誰是最大的？」耶穌沒有直接回答，卻叫一個小孩子站在他們當中，說：「你們若不回轉，變成小孩子的樣式，斷不得進天國。」在當時，小孩子沒有地位、沒有話語權，也不被看重。耶穌不是強調天真，而是指出一種姿態 —— 謙卑與依靠。耶穌要扭轉世界貫有的價值觀。祂表示出天國的偉大，不在於位置，而在於方向。接著，祂語氣嚴厲地提醒門徒，不可使小子跌倒，並以迷羊的比喻作總結：天父不願失喪任何一個。整段經文把焦點從「誰最大」轉向「誰最需要被守護」。真正的偉大，不是被人看見，而是願意為最小、最容易被忽略的一個付代價。
今天，我們是否也在不知不覺中「爭誰為大」？在事奉中想被肯定，在群體中想有話語權，在生活中想被看重。這些念頭不陌生，也不完全邪惡，但耶穌把我們的目光重新調整——不是問「我排第幾」，而是問「誰在我身邊最需要被保護」。或許，從今天開始，我們可以問自己：
- 我是否留意那個沉默的人？
- 當有人軟弱，我是加以評論，還是陪伴？
- 當我有自由時，我是否願意為別人的信心而節制自己？
【釋經亮點】
「回轉」是什麼意思？耶穌說：「你們若不回轉，變成小孩子的樣式，斷不得進天國。」這裡的「回轉」原文含有「轉向、改變方向」的意思。耶穌指清楚門徒不是努力不夠，而是方向錯了——他們向上比較，耶穌卻要他們向下俯身。
「回轉」不是叫人要返老還童，變回幼稚，而是放下爭大、放下比較、放下掌控，並重新學習依靠與謙卑，就如一個小孩一樣的清純。所以，這是一種內在的轉向：從追求被看重，轉為願意看重他人的方向。所以，天國的文化，不是比較，不是爭高，而是謙卑與守護。
反思：我是否仍在比較中尋找自己的價值？今天，在天國的眼光裡，我究竟是什麼模樣？
禱告：扭轉世俗價值的主，求祢幫助我懂得真正的「回轉」，不再追逐地位與比較，而是學習謙卑與依靠。讓我在群體中，不成為他人的絆腳石，反而成為守護與扶持的人。奉主名求，阿們。
