《真誠與虛假》
1 「你們要小心，不可將善事行在人的面前，故意叫他們看見，若是這樣，就不能得你們天父的賞賜了。 2 所以，你施捨的時候，不可在你前面吹號，像那假冒為善的人在會堂裏和街道上所行的，故意要得人的榮耀。我實在告訴你們，他們已經得了他們的賞賜。 3 你施捨的時候，不要叫左手知道右手所做的， 4 要叫你施捨的事行在暗中。你父在暗中察看，必然報答你 。」
5 「你們禱告的時候，不可像那假冒為善的人，愛站在會堂裏和十字路口上禱告，故意叫人看見。我實在告訴你們，他們已經得了他們的賞賜。 6 你禱告的時候，要進你的內屋，關上門，禱告你在暗中的父；你父在暗中察看，必然報答你。 7 你們禱告，不可像外邦人，用許多重複話，他們以為話多了必蒙垂聽。 8 你們不可效法他們；因為你們沒有祈求以先，你們所需用的，你們的父早已知道了。 9 所以，你們禱告要這樣說：我們在天上的父：願人都尊祢的名為聖。10 願祢的國降臨；願祢的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。11 我們日用的飲食，今日賜給我們。12 免我們的債，如同我們免了人的債。13 不叫我們遇見試探；救我們脫離凶惡 。因為國度、權柄、榮耀，全是祢的，直到永遠。阿們 ！14 「你們饒恕人的過犯，你們的天父也必饒恕你們的過犯； 15 你們不饒恕人的過犯，你們的天父也必不饒恕你們的過犯。」
16 「你們禁食的時候，不可像那假冒為善的人，臉上帶着愁容；因為他們把臉弄得難看，故意叫人看出他們是禁食。我實在告訴你們，他們已經得了他們的賞賜。 17 你禁食的時候，要梳頭洗臉， 18 不叫人看出你禁食來，只叫你暗中的父看見；你父在暗中察看，必然報答你。」 (馬太福音六1-18)
1 “Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven. 2 “So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 3 But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4 so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
5 “And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. 7 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. 8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him. 9 “This, then, is how you should pray: “ ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name, 10 Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. 11 Give us today our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. ’ 14 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
16 “When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show others they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 17But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, 18so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. (Matthew 6:1-18)

分享【神看重的，是隱密中的真實】
在登山寶訓中，耶穌把焦點從「人怎樣對人」轉向「人怎樣面對神」。祂連續提到施捨、禱告、禁食三項屬靈操練，卻反覆提醒同一件事：不要故意做給人看。
耶穌不是反對公開的善行，而是揭露人心深處的動機。當信仰變成表演，敬虔就失去了與神相交的本質。人或許會得着掌聲，但同時也會失去天父的獎賞。相反，真正的敬虔是在「隱密處」 ── 不看重人會否肯定與讚賞，只注目於天父喜悅與否。
同樣，禁食也是一樣。真正的禁食不是讓人看見你的虔誠，而是讓神看見你對祂的渴慕。耶穌一再指出：天國子民不是活在人的眼光下，而是活在天父的注視中。當我們學會在隱密中忠心，生命就不再被掌聲牽引，而是被父的愛穩固。
【釋經亮點】
在主禱文中，耶穌刻意建立一個清楚的屬靈次序：先尊神的名為聖，渴望神的國降臨，願神的旨意成就在地上，然後才把人的日用所需、赦免與保守帶到神面前。這並不是因為人的需要不重要，而是提醒人，禱告的首要目的不是改變環境，而是調整與神的關係。當神被放在首位，人便重新看見誰才是真正的主，也因此學會分辨什麼是真正的需要，什麼只是暫時的渴望。
對猶太人而言，這樣的禱告次序並不陌生，因為它深深承襲了第二聖殿時期的禱告傳統 ── 屬靈生命不是從個人感受或需要開始，而是從神的主權與榮耀開始。主禱文全篇以「我們」作為主語，也提醒人與神的關係永遠活在盟約群體之中，信仰不能只停留在個人層面。正因如此，主禱文對當時的猶太人既熟悉又具挑戰性：它不只教人盼望神的國將來臨到，更呼召人從今天開始，在禱告與生活中學習順服神的旨意，活出神國的秩序與價值。
反思：你做屬靈事情時，最在意的是神的眼光，還是人的回應？你的禱告比較像與父對話，還是完成一項宗教任務？
禱告：察看人心的父，求祢光照我心，使我不追求人的掌聲，只渴望祢的喜悅。教導我在隱密中忠心，在禱告中親近祢，在生活中活出真實的敬虔。願我的生命不被外在評價左右，只被祢的愛穩固。以上禱告，奉主耶穌的名求，阿們。
