8 那時，亞瑪力人來在利非訂，和以色列人爭戰。9 摩西對約書亞說：「你為我們選出人來，出去和亞瑪力人爭戰。明天我手裏要拿著神的杖，站在山頂上。」10 於是約書亞照著摩西對他所說的話行，和亞瑪力人爭戰。摩西、亞倫，與戶珥都上了山頂。11 摩西何時舉手，以色列人就得勝，何時垂手，亞瑪力人就得勝。12 但摩西的手發沉，他們就搬石頭來，放在他以下，他就坐在上面。亞倫與戶珥扶著他的手，一個在這邊，一個在那邊，他的手就穩住，直到日落的時候。13 約書亞用刀殺了亞瑪力王和他的百姓。14 耶和華對摩西說：「我要將亞瑪力的名號從天下全然塗抹了；你要將這話寫在書上作紀念，又念給約書亞聽。」15 摩西築了一座壇，起名叫「耶和華尼西」(就是耶和華是我旌旗的意思) 。 (出埃及記十七8-15)

8 The Amalekites came and attacked the Israelites at Rephidim. 9 Moses said to Joshua, “Choose some of our men and go out to fight the Amalekites. Tomorrow I will stand on top of the hill with the staff of God in my hands.” 10 So Joshua fought the Amalekites as Moses had ordered, and Moses, Aaron and Hur went to the top of the hill. 11 As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning. 12 When Moses’ hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up—one on one side, one on the other—so that his hands remained steady till sunset. 13 So Joshua overcame the Amalekite army with the sword. 14 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Write this on a scroll as something to be remembered and make sure that Joshua hears it, because I will completely blot out the name of Amalek from under heaven.” 15 Moses built an altar and called it The Lord is my Banner. 16 He said, “Because hands were lifted up against the throne of the Lord, the Lord will be at war against the Amalekites from generation to generation.” (Exodus 17:8-15)

分享：舊約聖經《出埃及記》十七章記載以色列人第一次上戰場。當他們在曠野遇上亞瑪力人時，摩西吩咐約書亞帶領軍隊去爭戰；自己則站在山上，高舉手中的杖向神呼求。聖經說：「摩西何時舉手，以色列人就得勝；何時垂手，亞瑪力人就得勝。」(出十七11) 最後，靠著神的同在，他們得以全軍得勝，並築壇宣告：「 耶和華尼西」，意思就是「耶和華是我的旌旗。」它反映神其中一個屬性 —— 祂是為祂子民爭戰、帶領得勝的神。
旗幟 (Banner)，在現今世代人眼中，是象徵某國家的身份、其君王的權柄或集體的榮耀。只是，人們懂得尊重和委身是另一回事。作為信徒，神的旌旗不僅代表我們是屬神的子民的身份，更是屬靈記號 —— 神親自帶令我們成為得勝者的標誌與榮耀。同樣，我們卻懷多幾大的「相信」去依靠並跟隨呢？
弟兄姊妹，世界的不斷挑釁與壓迫，往往會令我們動搖。使我們懷疑自己屬天國子民的身份，更會懷疑所信神的能力。這正是我們內心最常見的爭戰：是選擇倚靠眼前的力量，還是堅定仰望那面永不動搖的旗幟？縱使世上無數旗幟，高舉國家、理想，甚至個人榮耀，但終有一日皆會衰敗。然而，「耶和華尼西」正要提醒我們 —— 惟有耶和華的旌旗永遠屹立，我們既是屬於神的軍隊，更已是得勝的一方。面對世上的攻擊，我們根本不必退縮。
當我們承認「耶和華尼西」，宣告祂為真正的君王，就能深深經歷祂的能力。以色列人深知道勝利並非倚靠兵力，而是倚靠耶和華的名。正如保羅的分享：「感謝神，常率領我們在基督裡誇勝。」(林後二14) 我們要記得主耶穌已在十字架上擊敗罪惡與死亡，祂的軍隊必然凱旋。當我們舉起耶和華的旗幟，就是宣告元帥已然得勝，生命不再受恐懼與懷疑轄制。
或許，人生猶如一場球賽，即使身處困境時，當球迷舉起旗幟，高聲吶喊，球員望著旗幟飄揚時，心中總能重新點燃起激情與力量。 對信徒而言，耶和華的旌旗亦是如此，它提醒我們：「君王在場上，祂的軍隊決不敗亡。」當我們面對壓力或低谷時，不應只注視自己的軟弱，而要抬頭仰望祂的旗幟，靠祂重新得力。讓我們一同揮動「耶和華尼西」—— 神的旌旗。
反思：在日常生活中，我又如何在工作、家庭或朋友圈裡，舉起神的旌旗，讓人從我身上看見基督已經得勝？
禱告：親愛的天父，祢成為我們的旌旗。當我們軟弱時，求祢提醒我們仰望祢，明白得勝在於祢的同在，並懷著信心站立在祢的旗幟下，為祢打美好的仗。願祢的名在我們生命中得榮耀，直到永遠。奉主名求，阿們。
