《通往天國的生命實踐》
13「你們要進窄門。因為引到滅亡，那門是寬的，路是大的，進去的人也多；14 引到永生，那門是窄的，路是小的，找著的人也少。」15「你們要防備假先知。他們到你們這裏來，外面披著羊皮，裏面卻是殘暴的狼。16 憑著他們的果子，就可以認出他們來。荊棘上豈能摘葡萄呢？蒺藜裏豈能摘無花果呢？17 這樣，凡好樹都結好果子，惟獨壞樹結壞果子。18 好樹不能結壞果子；壞樹不能結好果子。19 凡不結好果子的樹就砍下來，丟在火裏。20 所以，憑著他們的果子就可以認出他們來。」(馬太福音七13-20)
12 這樣看來，我親愛的弟兄，你們既是常順服的，不但我在你們那裏，就是我如今不在你們那裏，更是順服的，就當恐懼戰兢做成你們得救的工夫。13 因為你們立志行事都是上帝在你們心裏運行，為要成就祂的美意。14 凡所行的，都不要發怨言，起爭論，15 使你們無可指摘，誠實無偽，在這彎曲悖謬的世代作上帝無瑕疵的兒女。你們顯在這世代中，好像明光照耀，16 將生命的道表明出來，叫我在基督的日子好誇我沒有空跑，也沒有徒勞。17 我以你們的信心為供獻的祭物，我若被澆奠在其上，也是喜樂，並且與你們眾人一同喜樂。18 你們也要照樣喜樂，並且與我一同喜樂。(腓立比書二12-18)
13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. 15 “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. 16 By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17 Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them. (Matthew 7:13-20)
12 Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, 13 for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill His good purpose. 14 Do everything without grumbling or arguing, 15 so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky 16 as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain. 17 But even if I am being poured out like a drink offering on the sacrifice and service coming from your faith, I am glad and rejoice with all of you. 18 So you too should be glad and rejoice with me. (Philippians 2:12-18)

分享：有一次到動物園遊玩，入口處看似有兩條人龍：一條在大門口，人山人海；另一條卻是窄小的通道，零零落落，只容一人通過。然而最後發現，前面的人潮隊伍最初是由來訪的學生組成的，他們隨意的聚在大門口，後來的遊客以為那條寬大、多人的隊伍準沒錯，便忽略了旁邊的小通道，最後才發現走錯了方向。
耶穌在登山寶訓裡也用相似的比喻提醒我們：那引到永生的門是窄的，路是小的，找著的人也少；相反，那寬闊的門、大而多人行走的路，卻是通往滅亡之路。 (參馬太福音七13-14)
細心一看，這裡用了門和路兩種比喻。窄門是作門徒的起點，但進了門後，仍要在「小路」上行走，這條路並不容易，卻是通向永生的生命實踐。跟隨耶穌不是一次的舉手或決志，「若有人要跟從我，就當捨己，背起他的十字架來跟從我。」(馬太福音十六24) ，而是要亦步亦趨的跟隨著主耶穌。耶穌也提醒要防備假先知，並且天國子民的生命必須結出與信心相稱的果子 (參馬太福音七15-20)，因為真正的信仰，不是口裡承認而已，而是生命裡持續的活出來的。
保羅亦說：「你們既是常順服的，不但我在你們那裏，就是我如今不在你們那裏，更是順服的，就當恐懼戰兢做成你們得救的工夫。因為你們立志行事都是上帝在你們心裏運行，為要成就祂的美意。」(腓立比書二12-13) 這表明救恩已經賜下，但我們仍要帶著敬畏與謹慎，讓神的工作在我們生命中落實。因為窄路雖清晰，卻總有信徒因著誘惑、驕傲、或世上的價值，而偏行己路，或轉投人潮走寬路。
求主讓我們不跟隨人潮走寬路、不偏行己路，而是謹慎持守真理、每日實踐走窄路，亦步亦趨地跟隨著主將天國的價值活出來。
反思：在我的生活中，有甚麼是看起來容易、大家都走的「寬路」？你又會怎樣實踐「走窄路」的功課呢？
禱告：親愛的天父，感謝祢藉著耶穌為我開了通往天國的窄門。求祢幫助我不要貪圖容易的路，而是願意在日常生活中結出好果子。求祢在我心裡運行，使我持守祢的道，在黑暗世代中活出光明，甘心為祢的國付代價。奉主名求，阿們。
